Remembery te ayuda a recordar cumpleaños y a escribir felicitaciones. Esta política explica qué datos usamos, para qué y cómo puedes borrarlos. No vendemos tus datos, no mostramos publicidad y no te rastreamos entre apps.
Qué datos guardamos
- Cuenta. Un identificador anónimo que se crea al abrir la app. Si vinculas Apple o Google, guardamos el identificador de esa cuenta y, si el proveedor lo entrega, tu correo y nombre.
- Cumpleaños que agregas. Nombre, relación, día y mes (año opcional), teléfono opcional, foto opcional, los recuerdos o notas opcionales que escribas sobre esa persona y tus preferencias de recordatorio.
- Preferencias. Hora de los avisos, días de anticipación y si los avisos están activos.
- Uso de la IA. Cuántas felicitaciones generaste en el mes, para aplicar el límite del plan gratis.
- Suscripción. Si tienes Remembery PRO. Los pagos los procesa Apple; nunca vemos tus datos de pago.
Contactos del teléfono
Solo si lo permites, leemos tus contactos para importar los que tienen fecha de cumpleaños, con su nombre, teléfono y foto. Los contactos sin cumpleaños no se guardan. Puedes revocar el permiso en los Ajustes del teléfono.
Felicitaciones con IA
Cuando pides una felicitación, enviamos al proveedor de IA el primer nombre de la persona, la relación, la edad que cumple (si la sabes), los recuerdos que hayas escrito sobre ella (si los hay), el tono y el idioma. No enviamos teléfonos, fotos ni tu identidad. El texto generado se te muestra a ti y no lo guardamos.
Tarjetas grupales
Si armas una tarjeta grupal, guardamos el nombre y la fecha de cumpleaños de la persona festejada, el diseño elegido y tu saludo. Las personas que participan desde el link no crean cuenta: guardamos el nombre y el saludo que escriben y, solo en tarjetas PRO, la foto o el audio que suban. Quien arma la tarjeta puede ver, borrar y denunciar los saludos antes de que la persona festejada la abra; los demás participantes solo ven los nombres de quienes escribieron. La persona festejada puede ocultar saludos y responder con un mensaje que ven el organizador y los participantes.
Si un participante usa "Ayúdame a escribirlo", enviamos al proveedor de IA el primer nombre de la persona festejada y lo que el participante haya respondido en las dos preguntas. Para limitar el abuso guardamos de forma temporal la dirección IP de cada envío.
Las tarjetas, sus saludos, fotos y audios se borran un año después de enviarlas (o 30 días después del cumpleaños si nunca se enviaron), y de inmediato si el organizador borra la tarjeta o su cuenta. Para pedir el borrado de tu saludo, escríbenos.
Recordatorios
Los avisos de cumpleaños se programan en tu propio teléfono. No usamos notificaciones enviadas desde nuestros servidores.
Con quién compartimos datos
Solo con los proveedores necesarios para que la app funcione, que procesan los datos por cuenta nuestra:
- Supabase: base de datos, autenticación y almacenamiento de fotos.
- Anthropic: genera las felicitaciones con IA (Claude).
- RevenueCat y Apple: gestionan la suscripción.
- Apple y Google: inicio de sesión, si decides vincular tu cuenta.
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Mientras tengas una cuenta. Si eliminas la cuenta, borramos tus cumpleaños, fotos, preferencias y perfil de inmediato. Si iniciaste sesión con Apple, también revocamos el acceso de Remembery a tu cuenta de Apple.
Tus derechos
Puedes ver y editar tus datos en la app, y borrarlos todos en Ajustes → Cuenta → Eliminar mi cuenta y datos. Para cualquier otra solicitud, escríbenos.
Menores
Remembery no está dirigida a menores de 13 años.
Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, te avisaremos en la app.

Remembery helps you remember birthdays and write birthday messages. This policy explains what data we use, why, and how to delete it. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across apps.
Data we store
- Account. An anonymous identifier created when you open the app. If you link Apple or Google, we store that account's identifier and, if the provider shares them, your email and name.
- Birthdays you add. Name, relationship, day and month (year optional), optional phone, optional photo, any optional memories or notes you write about that person, and your reminder preferences.
- Preferences. Reminder time, how many days in advance, and whether reminders are on.
- AI usage. How many messages you generated this month, to apply the free-plan limit.
- Subscription. Whether you have Remembery PRO. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
Phone contacts
Only if you allow it, we read your contacts to import those that have a birthday, with their name, phone and photo. Contacts without a birthday are not stored. You can revoke access in your phone's Settings.
AI birthday messages
When you ask for a message, we send the AI provider the person's first name, relationship, the age they're turning (if known), any memories you wrote about them, the tone and the language. We don't send phone numbers, photos or your identity. The generated text is shown only to you and is not stored.
Group cards
If you make a group card, we store the birthday person's name and birthday, the design you chose and your message. People who join from the link don't create an account: we store the name and message they write and, on PRO cards only, the photo or voice note they upload. The person who makes the card can see, delete and report messages before the birthday person opens it; other participants only see the names of who wrote. The birthday person can hide messages and reply with a message that the organizer and participants can see.
If a participant uses "Help me write it", we send the AI provider the birthday person's first name and the participant's answers to the two questions. To limit abuse we briefly keep the IP address of each submission.
Cards and their messages, photos and voice notes are deleted one year after they're sent (or 30 days after the birthday if never sent), and right away if the organizer deletes the card or their account. To have your message deleted, contact us.
Reminders
Birthday reminders are scheduled on your own phone. We don't send notifications from our servers.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to run the app, who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database, authentication and photo storage.
- Anthropic: generates AI messages (Claude).
- RevenueCat and Apple: manage the subscription.
- Apple and Google: sign-in, if you choose to link your account.
Retention
For as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, we immediately delete your birthdays, photos, preferences and profile. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Remembery's access to your Apple account.
Your rights
You can view and edit your data in the app, and delete all of it in Settings → Account → Delete my account and data. For any other request, contact us.
Children
Remembery is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
